Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (26+ ft) for weekend deliveries within the Philadelphia metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging system compliance
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure DOT compliance and mechanical safety
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and on-time deliveries
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all local/state/federal transportation regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial truck driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia metro area roadways
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for electronic logging systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
