Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for weekend delivery routes in Denver metro area
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate delivery status to dispatch and clients
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools
- Complete post-trip maintenance reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate loading equipment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Pass DOT physical and random drug screening
- Knowledge of Denver traffic patterns and mountain routes
- Strong time management and customer service skills
