Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are handled with care and placed in secure areas.
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules efficiently to meet time windows.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers at every delivery point.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and report discrepancies.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of map reading or GPS navigation systems.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the depot.
