Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A) to transport cargo across assigned routes in Minneapolis, MN, and Georgia.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all required documentation.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while ensuring cargo security and proper placement.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT drug screen clearance.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Strong understanding of logistics, route planning, and cargo handling.
- Must be willing to travel to Minneapolis, MN and various locations in Georgia.
