Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within San Antonio.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Handle packages with care, inspecting them for damage before and after delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
- Utilize handheld devices to accurately update delivery statuses and capture proof of delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology and GPS navigation apps.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
