Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail items to customers across Philadelphia
- Maintain accurate delivery records and manage cashless payment systems
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while on duty
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Philadelphia neighborhoods
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible weekday hours possible)
- Smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and communication tools
- Reliable transportation to and from shift location
- Basic math skills for handling cashless transactions
