Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Inspect delivery vehicles for cleanliness and ensure all safety equipment is in working order.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Collect payments or obtain digital signatures for proof of delivery.
- Accurately update delivery status and log trip details into the company's tracking system.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong navigation skills with proficiency using GPS devices and mapping apps.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
