Responsibilities
- Safely and timely deliver packages, food, and merchandise to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to meet delivery windows
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-shift and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6 AM - 6 PM)
