Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated locations in the Nashville area.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and remain secure during transit.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a clean driving record.
- Interact professionally with customers, including providing accurate delivery information and obtaining signatures when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Utilize handheld devices to track deliveries and update status in real-time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to follow a route efficiently.
