Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial locations
- Load/unload vehicles with proper handling of fragile and time-sensitive items
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable vehicle or ability to use company-provided vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to punctuality
