Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses in Phoenix and surrounding areas.
- Obtain and verify signatures for all deliveries, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in safe operating condition.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Load and unload cargo carefully to prevent damage to packages.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of the Phoenix, AZ area or willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
