Responsibilities
- Safely navigate Fort Worth's urban and suburban delivery zones using GPS-guided routing
- Execute 30-40 daily package deliveries with 99.2% on-time accuracy
- Conduct vehicle safety inspections before each shift
- Process electronic payments and maintain delivery manifests
- Resolve delivery exceptions through proactive customer communication
- Collaborate with dispatch during peak hours (10 AM - 2 PM)
- Document service issues and route inefficiencies for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with <3 moving violations
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs
- Familiarity with Fort Worth's major thoroughfares
- Smartphone proficiency with delivery apps
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 10 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
