Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Los Angeles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions at every stop
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles geography and traffic patterns
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance (or willingness to use company vehicle)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
