Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van and reefers) on local/regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and log maintenance records
- Efficiently load/unload cargo with proper documentation
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance with all FMCSA standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Charlotte metro area roadways
- Basic understanding of electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation to/from depot
