Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Columbus using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and handle inquiries professionally
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and customer requests
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Pass background check and drug screening
