Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated addresses throughout Columbus, IL.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring all items are handled with care and accounted for.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving delivery issues.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures when required.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain an organized and clean delivery vehicle interior at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Physically capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning packages and logging deliveries.
- Strong time management and navigation skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local Columbus terminal.
