Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Cleveland metro area
- Verify delivery accuracy through digital scanning and customer signatures
- Maintain clean, well-functioning vehicle through daily inspections
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report delivery issues and route obstacles to dispatch team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland area streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Reliable transportation to/from depot location
- Pass background check and drug screening
