Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses within the Greater Boston area.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately record delivery information and maintain digital logs using our mobile app.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for navigation and digital paperwork.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in logistics, delivery, or customer service is a plus but not required.
