Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Baltimore city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our mobile tracking system
- Inspect vehicles before and after shifts to ensure roadworthiness
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at distribution center
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with Baltimore streets and navigation apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
