Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely deliver packages, food, and supplies across Raleigh using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions and resolve delivery issues professionally
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the warehouse before shifts
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance (if using personal vehicle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong familiarity with Raleigh neighborhoods and major roadways
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and customer service orientation
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Background check and drug screening required
