Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses within Louisville metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures as required
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and fuel levels before/during shifts
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to dispatch team in real-time
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory verification
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with punctuality-focused mindset
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication apps
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays) required
