Responsibilities
- Safely and timely delivery of food packages, retail goods, and documents across Long Beach
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to maximize efficiency
- Maintain professional appearance and courteous communication with customers
- Accurately track deliveries via mobile app and update delivery status
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured transportation
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and orientation skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Background check and drug screen required
