Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within San Antonio
- Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures when required
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Inspect vehicle condition before/after shifts and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes using provided navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to operate a delivery vehicle (van or truck) safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
