Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within Columbus metro area
- Operate company vehicles (vans or trucks) following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery records using GPS tracking and mobile scanning technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and optimize routes
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time delivery updates and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and scanning apps
- Reliable transportation to and from depot shifts
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-6pm)
