Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for regional deliveries and route optimization
- Load/unload freight with precision while adhering to safety protocols and weight regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logs (ELD) for compliance
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and vehicle presentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of California traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
