Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver products to residential and commercial destinations throughout Fresno County
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to optimize delivery timelines and fuel consumption
- Load/unload merchandise with precision, ensuring zero damage during transit
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and obtain proper customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience with van/small truck
- Ability to lift/carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Fresno area streets and surrounding communities
- Proficient with mobile technology (GPS, delivery apps)
- Pass background check and mandatory drug screening
- CDL certification preferred but not required
