Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for each route
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while following proper handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist in basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Memphis streets and surrounding areas
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings and occasional weekends
