Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated destinations within the San Diego area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo carefully, ensuring proper handling of items.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update the dispatch system in real-time.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service upon delivery.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driving experience.
- At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a commercial or delivery setting.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity with the San Diego geography.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
