Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans and cargo vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while prioritizing fuel efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery exceptions proactively
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- CDL Class B or A certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate in various weather conditions
- Proficient with GPS navigation and basic mobile technology
- Pass thorough background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
