Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vans to designated addresses in Raleigh and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks and proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and delivery records.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift (tires, fluids, lights).
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and pickups.
- Ensure timely delivery to meet strict schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of local Raleigh, NC roads and traffic regulations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries.
