Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to transport goods to local and regional destinations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ensure accurate delivery documentation, including receipts and signatures.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve delivery issues.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Strong time management and route-planning skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
