Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload packages efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Deliver goods to residential and commercial addresses within the Raleigh metro area.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle package handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent commercial endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Proof of a clean driving record (MVR).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends if required.
