Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely delivery of freight to designated locations.
- Inspect vehicle condition prior to and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Obtain signatures and ensure accurate delivery documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route changes or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements (Tanker/Hazardous Materials preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Satisfactory background check and driving record (MVR).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging hours and checking emails.
