Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods throughout Fresno County and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance is documented
- Optimize routes to meet delivery deadlines while adhering to traffic laws
- Load/unload cargo securely using proper lifting techniques
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate manual transmissions
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
