Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages within designated Boston routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle customer interactions professionally
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology for timely arrivals
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
