Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely delivery of packages and goods
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient service across Arlington and surrounding areas
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Arlington and DFW area geography
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
