Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and light trucks to transport goods to designated delivery points.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks and pallet jacks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery routes, times, and delivery statuses using company software.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and DOT regulations at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at the point of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth and the surrounding North Texas area.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Professional communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
