Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Safely operate commercial vans to deliver goods to various local addresses in the Detroit metro area.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load Management: Efficiently load, secure, and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and handle delivery documentation accurately.
- Route Planning: Follow assigned routes and schedules while navigating efficiently through city traffic.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or logistics experience preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
