Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vans and commercial vehicles on local routes throughout the Denver metro area.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring proper handling of packages and goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and verifying delivery details.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Keep the delivery van clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred but not required for entry-level; valid state driver's license is mandatory.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of the Denver metro area and its road network.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for logging delivery information.
