Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial van safely and efficiently on local and regional routes within the Colorado Springs metro area.
- Load, secure, and unload merchandise with a focus on cargo protection and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, adhering to all company appearance and safety standards.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and log maintenance requirements accurately in the electronic logbook.
- Interact professionally with customers, handle delivery documentation, and resolve any service issues on the spot.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure zero accidents.
- Assist in warehouse duties during off-peak hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred but not strictly required for this local van route position.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift without injury.
- Strong time management skills, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
