Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and box trucks to deliver packages and goods to local clients.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload merchandise efficiently, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driver's permit.
- A clean driving record with no major infractions.
- Previous experience driving box trucks or delivery vans is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong time management skills and ability to follow GPS routes.
