Responsibilities
- Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using hand trucks or pallet jacks.
- Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial addresses with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
- Update delivery status using mobile technology and maintain accurate logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues professionally.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent commercial endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a professional environment.
- Clear driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
