As a Van Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive their shipments safely and on time. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vans on designated local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain necessary signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital paperwork in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte, NC geography and traffic patterns.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
