Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans to deliver packages and goods to designated residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Interact professionally with customers, handle package handling inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and paperwork.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial driving or delivery experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems (e.g., Google Maps, Qualcomm).
