Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and materials to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while ensuring proper handling
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and optimize routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class B or equivalent)
- Clean driving record with minimum 2 years' experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis metro area
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Basic GPS navigation proficiency
- Previous logistics/delivery experience preferred
