Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely local deliveries within Nashville metropolitan area
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route optimization and updates
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of Nashville streets and GPS navigation systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B a plus
