Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for deliveries, passenger transport, and logistics operations
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation to meet strict delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate trip logs, vehicle inspections, and documentation
- Load/unload cargo securely and ensure proper handling of sensitive materials
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions and deliveries
- Adhere to all DC traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or C required
- Minimum 3 years professional driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 5 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate loading equipment
- Deep knowledge of DC metropolitan area roadways
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
