Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to transport goods and materials throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper signatures for all shipments
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo while adhering to proper handling procedures
- Represent Swift Logistics NM with professionalism during all customer interactions
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior at all times
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) or CDL permit required
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Albuquerque metro area and surrounding regions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence
