Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vans to designated routes within the Boston metropolitan area.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo to ensure safety during transit.
- Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients and handling package handling with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork in compliance with company policies.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Must possess a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries.
- Must reside within the Boston, MA area or be willing to relocate.
