Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses in San Jose and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Log deliveries accurately into the mobile app or handheld device.
- Handle returns and address discrepancies professionally.
- Work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
